David Torres, PhD
Dr. David Torres has more than 10 combined years of business development, sales, and social science study design experience. Dr. Torres received his B.S. in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University, M.A. in Organizational Communication from Marquette University, and Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Purdue University. After receiving his B.S., he worked as a sales and business development leader for Aerotek, the largest privately-held talent acquisition and recruiting firm in the United States. At Halverson Group, a strategy and research firm, he worked closely with the CEO navigating the firm’s transition to a tech-enabled practice. During his academic career, he published multiple academic journal articles and book chapters and worked on a number of NSF-funded projects in the areas of leadership, training, professional development, and STEM fields.
Louis Tay, PhD

Louis Tay, PhD is an Organizational Psychology Professor at Purdue University with over 10 years of organizational research and measurement experience. Dr. Tay has worked with Facebook, the College Board, the Gallup Organization, and the United Nations to review and develop new methodologies, measures, and assessments. He is the Associate Editor of Organizational Research Methods and was recognized by the Association for Psychological Sciences in 2015 as a “Rising Star”. Dr. Tay is one of the leading social scientists in assessing employee well-being experiences in-the-moment and across time.
